Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting my small business! And I'm so sorry if you are reading due to a return or refund hope you can understand my policies :(
Please read our policy carefully:
General Return Policy
- Customer Responsibility: Please double-check your order for correct sizes and designs before placing it, as items ordered incorrectly are non-refundable.
- Print on Demand: Due to our print-on-demand process, we do not accept returns for any items after they have shipped. We utilize USPS and UPS for all deliveries and cannot control the shipping process.
Wrong Items Sent
- If you receive the wrong item, we offer a one-time exception. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Condition for Returns
- To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Return item within 7 days of receiving return label.
- You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We will not issue refunds or accept returns for orders sent to the wrong address provided by the customer.
Non-Delivery Policy
- For orders over $30, if an item is marked as "not delivered," we will only issue a replacement of the same item, not a refund.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Starting a Return
- To initiate a return, please contact us at thecelozashop@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the designated address we provide upon return approval. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are non-returnable:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- BOGO items
- Custom-made items, including iPhone cases, which are non-returnable due to their custom nature. Please double-check the size and design before ordering.
